Gavin graduated this spring with his MBA. I'm so proud of him and so glad that we're done with that. The last month was a killer, late nights early mornings, tenants moving in and out of the apartments and Gavin working full time with classes five days a week. We got through it though and we're so greatful that we had the opportunity to further his education.

Being hooded. I didn't know that they did this, but the professors put on each graduate's hood before they walk. I thought it was neat.
